Zihuatanejo
La Ropa Beach
This wonderful bay has recently been awarded as one of the best and most romantic beaches to visit in Mexico by the world's largest travel platform, TripAdvisor. It's perfect for swimming in its calm waters, paddle boarding, hiking from end to end, enjoying the restaurants on the sand, and of course, admiring its glorious pink skied sunsets. Like the other beaches of Zihuatanejo, the origin of its name comes from Colonial times when a returning Spanish galleon was shipwrecked in front of the bay. Cargos of fine fabrics like muslin, woven products from Bombay, ribbons, shawls and stockings from China washed ashore.

Quieta Beach
