Ixtapa

Linda Beach

Located in the northern part of Ixtapa, past Quieta Beach is this one-kilometer long beach. Here you will find a dock where you can take boats to make trips to the island of Ixtapa. Linda Beach has a high intensity of waves during a good part of the year, which is why many important surfing tournaments are held here, some of which are considered among the best events of their kind (at a continental level). This river mouth is perfect for surfers at all levels. If you’re just learning, or still learning, there are also many excellent professional guides who will help you catch your first wave or guide you to master your next trick or maneuver. In the access to the beach you will find a natural estuary that is fenced and protected, where crocodiles live. There is a viewpoint where you can safely admire them. You can also access this beach via the bike path. When you leave the Aztlan Ecological Park, you will find access to this beach.
